Can a stacked washer and dryer be hauled away?
Approved prepared laundry appliances can be removed after their connections are safely disconnected. Send photos of the stacking arrangement and route. Separation, disassembly, weight and stairs must be reviewed; gas or plumbing work is not part of hauling.

Identify gas, electric and stacked units
Photograph model labels and tell us whether the dryer is gas or electric. Show stacking brackets and surrounding cabinets. A connected appliance or a pair locked into a tight enclosure needs preparation before it becomes a pickup-ready inventory.
Drain and clear the laundry area
Arrange safe disconnection and drainage; disclose retained water or leaks. Remove laundry, detergent and loose items. Do not disconnect gas equipment yourself. Protecting a stairway starts with an unobstructed route, not a last-minute attempt to move a heavy washer alone.
Include the upstairs carry
Frisco homes and apartments can place laundry rooms on upper floors. Send photos of landings, hallway corners and any elevator. List both machines and any pedestal so the quote covers the complete removal rather than only the unit nearest the door.
