Do appliances need to be disconnected before removal?
Yes. Appliances must be safely disconnected and ready to move. Electrical, plumbing, gas and HVAC work is not included in standard hauling. Disclose refrigerants, leaks, built-in installation and unusual weight so acceptance and pricing can be confirmed.

Send the model and the installation
Show the appliance label, dimensions and where it sits. Freestanding units differ from built-in dishwashers, wall ovens and integrated refrigerators. If cabinets or trim must be removed to free a unit, disclose that as separate work rather than assuming it is included.
Separate safe preparation from hauling
Electrical, plumbing, gas and HVAC disconnections are not included. Arrange qualified trade work before removal; do not attempt unsafe disconnections. Empty food, laundry and personal items, secure loose shelves and disclose leaks. Do not vent refrigerant or tamper with sealed systems; tell us if a unit is damaged or unsafe to transport.
Plan access before delivery day
For a Frisco kitchen refresh or laundry replacement, confirm that your installer handles the required disconnection. Share stair landings, door width and parking access. Include every unit so an added freezer or garage refrigerator is not missing from the estimate.
