What is a separate scope
Office decommissioning in the broader sense can include IT asset disposition, data destruction, structured cabling removal and lease restoration. Those are not part of our standard service unless explicitly agreed in writing. We can work alongside the vendors who handle them.
Multi-floor and phased removal
When a building has freight elevators, loading docks or reservation requirements, those logistics can be built into the removal plan — floor by floor if needed, with furniture staged so loading areas are not blocked longer than allowed.
Working back from the lease date
Tell us your surrender date. We schedule removal to leave time for any restoration or cleaning crews that follow.
