What we handle

How photo estimates work

  1. 1Text clear photos of everything that's going, with something for scale.
  2. 2We reply with an initial volume range when the photos allow it.
  3. 3On site, the crew confirms the final price before anything is loaded.
  4. 4If you decline the on-site price, nothing is loaded.

How commercial walkthroughs work

  1. 1Send the address, project type, target date and any inventory or floor plan.
  2. 2We review on site or from the inventory — counts, floors, elevators, loading access.
  3. 3You receive a project quote with scope, assumptions and scheduling.
  4. 4Building requirements such as loading windows are coordinated before work begins.

Protecting the property

Crews plan carry routes before loading and take care around doorways, floors and finished spaces. Tell us about anything fragile or anything that must stay, and we'll mark it before work starts.

Pricing and payment

Residential work uses published starting prices by truck volume, confirmed on site before loading. Commercial and multi-load work is quoted per project. Ask about payment arrangements when you book.

What isn't included in standard service

Demolition, tear-out and trade disconnection (plumbing, electrical, HVAC) are not included in standard junk-removal service; any additional labor must be separately scoped and agreed. Hazardous waste, asbestos, chemicals and data destruction are excluded.

About our photos

Images on this site are illustrative — local context and general service imagery — and are not presented as specific customer jobs. Place names such as The Star, HALL Park or PGA Frisco are geographic references and imply no affiliation.
