How is renovation debris priced in Frisco?
By volume and weight. Light debris like packaging and trim prices like household junk; dense material such as tile, drywall in bulk or flooring can cost more per load because of weight. We confirm the price after seeing the pile.

What standard service does not include
Demolition, tear-out and trade disconnection are not included in standard junk-removal pricing. Any additional labor must be separately scoped and agreed. Asbestos and hazardous materials are excluded.
Working with contractors
Projects can be scheduled between renovation phases — after tear-out, flooring work, cabinetry or other approved work — so the site stays workable without a roll-off container. Some managed communities may regulate roll-off placement or how long a container can remain on site; customers should check their own HOA rules.
Do I need to bring debris outside?
No. We can load from the garage, the driveway or inside the home. Debris that is already staged near the door simply takes less labor, which can lower the price.
