Box trucks may not fit apartment garages; if not, we load from a loading zone or nearby street.

Near The Star and other districts, events can affect traffic and parking. Avoid booking during major events if possible.
Before you call
Check your lease for move-out deadlines and any rules about using elevators or loading docks. Reserve the freight elevator if your building requires it, and tell us the floor, unit number and parking situation so the crew arrives prepared. Usable furniture can be routed to donation where accepted.
Furniture you can't move
Oversized sofas, bed frames and desks that won't fit the new place can be removed in the same visit as boxes and leftovers.
