Separate the materials
List branches, leaves, grass, mulch, sod and soil rather than labeling everything yard waste. Dense or wet material can reach a weight limit before the truck looks full. Keep treated lumber, nails, fencing and household junk identified separately.
Photograph the path as well as the pile
