What should I include in a mattress pickup estimate?
Include the mattress size, number of mattresses and box springs, any bed frame or adjustable base, floor level and loading route. A qualifying single-item pickup starts at the published residential starting price; multiple sets and heavy bases need a separate review.

A bed is several pieces
Photograph the mattress, box springs and frame separately. Adjustable bases contain motors and metal components; describe the model or show its label. The estimate should identify whether frame disassembly is included rather than treating the entire bed as one standard item.
Condition changes acceptance
Disclose infestation, contamination, moisture or unusual damage before booking. Do not stage contaminated bedding in a shared hallway or dumpster area. Standard hauling does not include pest treatment or biohazard remediation; acceptance must be confirmed first.
Prepare the carry route
Remove bedding and personal belongings. In a Frisco multifamily building, confirm elevator reservations, corridor rules and the loading area. Share narrow stairs or balcony access before the crew arrives; do not attempt an unsafe mattress drop or lift.
